Clarence “Tray” Crayton lll is a former professional athlete, National Champion, High School All-American, and four-year team captain with an unprecedented record of high school accolades. After his football career, he transitioned into a successful professional journey in sales, brand marketing, and company leadership. He contributed his service and skills to multimillion and billion dollar franchises, including his service as an executive role within the NFL.
Building on this foundation, Tray launched Turnupwealthy LLC, a brand marketing consulting firm, and Triumph with Tray projects, (TWT projects) a platform dedicated to personal development, team culture, and spiritual growth. He is also an accomplished author.
His memoir, Battled and Bruised, chronicles his struggles with identity, fear, adversity, and mental health—ultimately revealing a path to resilience. Through raw, personal storytelling, Tray offers readers the inspiration to confront life’s battles and emerge victorious. His philosophy, “TURN STONES INTO STEPS,” reflects his belief that challenges are opportunities for growth and purpose.

A native of Oceanside, California, Tray is the son of prominent ministers, Drs. Clarence and Josephine Crayton Jr., and the second youngest of five siblings.
